What is it worth to you?
Of course all budgets will vary based on a variety of factors, but you should typically be prepared to spend 10-20% of your projected gross revenue on marketing and communications. Of that, roughly 1/3 of that should be dedicated to salaries, consultants, and freelancers (me).
This is how my fees are determined. It’s about my value to you. If it is my goal to help you make $10,000, I will charge accordingly, and if I am tasked with helping you make $1,000,000, the same is true. Though I do not need to take a look at your books or anything to that extent, my fee structure is aimed at matching my fees with the value of the service I provide to you.
